self care is about balance!
- give yourself time to relax and do nothing, but study so you don’t fall behind! that would lead to stress and feeling bad about yourself!
- distance yourself from people if you’re drained, but don’t isolate yourself completely! you’ll start to believe that no one likes you, which isn’t true!
- allow yourself to eat sugary food, but make sure you eat lots of vegetables and fruits too! your body needs nourishment to function best!
- be focused, but be kind to yourself when things go wrong! don’t give up and think you’re not good enough! you just need more practice or time!
